Free dinner and entertainment to commemorate the Loving v. Virgina Supreme Court case which legalized interracial marriage.

*A fun way to learn about the history multiculturalism in America and celebrate diversity on our campus!

After The Event

How did it go?: 

The first Loving Day Banquet at Wash. U. was a success! Within 10 minutes of the doors opening, our 300-person venue was packed. Students and community members enjoyed a meal and free entertainment, both student performances and mixed comedian Dan Nainan.

The event was a collaboration between Mixed and a number of other student groups, including the Association of Black Students, Campus Programming Council, Association of Latin American Students, Asian Multicultural Council, African Students Association, and the Social Justice Center.
