When and Where is the Event?
Event Details
This is an educational group that will focus on interracial marriages / relationships and their complexities. Unique challenges, decoding culture conflict, and the importance of developing a family identity, will be explored.
The purpose of this group is to begin discussion about how our cultural and racial differences affect our marriages / relationships, as well as how they create opportunities to enhance and deepen them. We will learn how to benefit from our uniqueness as a couple.
It is my hope that increased understanding, healthy communication, and cultural sensitivity within interracial marriages / relationships, will lead to the development of enriched environments for children of multicultural / multiracial families.
